Chin-Hua Chang, Ph.D.

Dr. Chin-Hwa Chang earned her doctorate from the University of Iowa and is an Emeritus Professor at the Graduate Institute of Journalism at National Taiwan University. With a distinguished career in journalism and media studies, she has contributed extensively to academic research, authoring numerous papers and books. Dr. Chang serves as a board member of the Excellent Journalism Award (since 2011) and as a councilor for both the Population and Gender Studies Center at NTU (since 2013) and the Satellite News Channels Self-Regulation Committee (since 2006).
