The Supreme Court had issued a temporary order blocking removals.

A federal judge blocked the policy, saying it raised constitutional issues.

The appeals order came on the same evening as an emergency hearing before Boasberg.

‘We shall not micromanage the efforts of a fine district judge attempting to implement the Supreme Court’s recent decision,’ the court states.

Three district courts previously issued separate orders blocking Trump’s policy.
